1980 Vanagon Westfalia has a smooth running 2.0 liter, 4 cylinder, air cooled engine. This Campmobile has been adult owned and cared for, with many receipts dating back to 1997. Van starts, stops, idles, turns and drives down the road nicely. Engine was professionally rebuilt at 138, 639 miles. (receipts included) The van was regularly maintained and was used as a daily driver.It has manual windows, locks, seats and mirrors that are in good working order.The interior is nice, clean and comfy and without odd smells. The front seats swivel around, making it easy to get in and out of. For comfortable camp dining, simply spin the seats around, add the table and presto, comfy camper meals on wheels!! The lights all work, headlights, blinkers, brake lights, interior lights etc. Wipers work, vent fan works. Are you ready to go camping?Water tank, refrigerator and stove all work (on propane) but, it has been a long time since they have been used. (we usually just grab a cooler and go)The Sony CD/Radio deck works well and sounds great. It has a detachable face for added security. (speakers shown in photos)Stereo has a remote control so you can get comfortable in back and still control your music. The paint is not original but looks great.
