For sale is an Excellent condition 2012 Acura TSX with Technology package. I am the original owner of this vehicle, purchased brand new from Acura of Portland in April of 2012. This vehicle has 39, 498 miles, and the mileage shouldn't change much unless someone is local and wants to test drive it, it is being stored inside of my garage. It has the remainder of all the factory warranty, which includes 4/50, 000 basic 6/70, 000 Powertrain, 5/Unlimited mileage Corrosion Warranty and 4/50, 000 Roadside assistance. It also has an EXTENDED 100, 000 Mile warranty that extends the 4/50, 000 basic. It covers everything except maintenance items (Tires, Brakes, Oil Etc) If the buyer is local in the Portland area, there is a 0 dollar deductible if you use Acura of Portland for your service, any other dealer is the US there is a 100.00 deductible. This only takes affect after the factory warranty has expired. The warranty is by First Automotive, Quantum Care. The Vehicle is in excellent condition, as i have babied it since new. It has never been through a drive through wash, always hand washed. I waxed at least once every 2 months, and did a full exterior detail 1 time per year in the summer (Clay, Polish, Seal, wax with 2 coats) using top end detailing supplies purchased online. As far as defects, the front bumper and hood have some stone chips, from freeway driving, which is normal wear and tear. There are no dings or dents that i know of, and the paint is smooth and very shiny. The inside is also like new. Floor mats have always been used, so the carpets are like new with no stains, and i am a non smoker and allowed nobody to smoke in the vehicle. The passenger and rear seats were almost never used as i am single with no kids. The inside was only wiped down with moist microfiber towels, and leather conditioned. I didn't use any chemicals on the dash (armor all) as i do not like the shiny oily look that they produce. Mechanically, it runs and drives just like new, and has 0 known mechanical issues. Everything is still covered under the factory warranty, then with the 100, 000 extended warranty. The wheels and tires are brand new Goodyear Eagles on 17in OEM Acura TLX wheels. These wheels came off my new TLX, as i wanted the 19in wheels that were on the TSX, so they were swapped. The oil was changed using only full synthetic Amsoil Signature series oil and filter, following the oil change indicator on the MID on the dash. The cabin filter has been changed using a K&N filter, which is washable and reusable, and filters better then the OEM filter. The rear sway bar has been upgraded as well, for better cornering. The brand is Progress. The Battery was recently replaced with an Optima Yellowtop battery, with a 3 year replacement warranty through Napa Autoparts.
